The St. Peter's Auction has two primary components-the Silent Auction, which opens online February 27, and the Live Auction, which will take place at the main event, Saturday, March 4. Read on for more.
St. Peter's uses BidPal auction technology (provided byOneCause) for all bidding and purchases. Silent auction itemscan be found on the BidPal website and will open on February 27.

The Silent Premier category includes items that are one-of-a-kind, unique to the St. Peter's community or highly sought after for a variety of reasons.
Instabuys are just like they sound. No bidding required. You simply pay the cost listed and the item or service is yours!
Some Instabuys have limited quantities so be sure to watch!

Class Parties are activities for the students, hosted at various times through the year. The cost of the parties is covered by the hosts, so all ticket proceeds go back to the school! These are sold as Instabuys. You simply pay the cost listed and your child (or family) has a reserved ticket to the party!
Bidding and Rules
SILENT AUCTION BIDDING
Once registered, you can bid for any item in the silent auction via computer or smartphone at https://bidpal.net/stpauction2023. Each minimum increase in bid is already set for you.
A bid is valid regardless of error by the bidder in entering the item number or amount. If you notice you’ve made a bid in error, you must go to the registration table in the main lobby immediately (and before the silent auction closes) to have your bid rescinded.
The Silent Auction will close at 9:30 pm, March 4.
LIVE AUCTION BIDDING
The live auction will be held in the gymnasium, beginning at 8:00 pm on March 4. Use your paddle (provided at registration) to bid during the live auction. If you win an item, the team from Cook Auction Co. will provide your information to the check-out team so you can complete your purchase through BidPal.
AUCTION "FINE PRINT"
All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds are possible.
Payment in full is due upon check-out and before items can be collected.
All items and services must be used by the date specified. Please honor the terms and conditions of any item you buy.
For items purchased by a group of bidders, we can accommodate guests wanting to split the cost of an auction item by splitting the payment at check-out.
Items should be collected from the St. Peter's School Lobby at the following times:
Between 9:30 and 10:30 pm the night of the auction, March 4.
Between 11 am and 2 pm on Sunday, March 5.
Numerous business, school families, parishioners and special family and friends of St. Peter's have donated items for the auction. Please acknowledge these gracious doners when visiting their places of business!
Winners of any live or silent auction item must check out. Cash, check Visa, Master-Card, Discover, and American Express are accepted.
You can streamline the check out process by completing payment on a mobile device: From the menu, go to Your Account or simply click the person icon in the top-right corner, click Receipt to view
your purchases and the Complete Payment button. Cash and checks are accepted but payment must be made in person at the check-out desk.
Gift certificates, including coupons, service certificates, event tickets and passes will be given to you at the checkout area. For items purchased by a group of guests, please designate one person to pick up the item purchased. We can accommodate guests wanting to share the cost of an auction item by splitting the payment at checkout.
You may claim items between 11am and 2pm on Sunday March 5th in the Lobby of St. Peter’s School.
